Tackle Football/Flag Football

Position	Description
Announcer	Sits in the press box and announces the players’ names at the beginning of the game and also the plays on the field
Chains	In charge of the chains on the field so when the play is over you adjust accordingly to where the ball was spotted
Down Marker	Holds a display to show which down a team is at
Floater	Fills in should a slot not be filled or the signed up volunteer fails to show
Game Cleanup	Cleans up all of the equipment that was used during the games for the day
Game Setup	Arrives at the field about an hour before game time to set up all the cones and equipment on the field
Monitor	Records each players count of plays
Parking Lot Monitor	Ensure people don’t park on the grass or baseball fields
Scorekeeper	Keeps track of the game time and the score, so the scoreboard is accurate
Spotter	Works with the announcer to get the player’s number and name correct
Videographer	Records the game
Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign Planner and facilitator	Plan the fundraiser for Breast Cancer awareness month
Thursdays treat coordinator	Order treats for football/cheer teams during Thursday Make sure you have volunteers to get all items to teams
Bonfire Planning Committee	Plan food vendors, clothing vendors, work with set up and clean up committee Secure DJ
Raffle Ticket distribution/collection	Make sure all families receive and hand back in the raffle tickets for the fundraiser Must be present during practice times prior to the bonfire to collect tickets and money Must be present at football equipment handout for ticket distribution and cheer/football meetings to distribute tickets to families
Bonfire Cleanup	Helps clean up the garbage, the ash and the nails from the night before Normally the people who volunteer for this slot bring a rake, a wheelbarrow and some type of tool to pick up garbage with
Bonfire Setup	Helps set up the pallets of wood for the bonfire
A Team Family Recognition for both cheer and football	Flower order, Email Parents, send info to announcer
Cheer Year End Celebration	Help coordinate, set up and clean up the year end celebration
Picture Day	Supervises the players while they are waiting and keeps them organized for the photographers
Football Year End Celebration	Help coordinate, set up and clean up the year end celebration

Advanced Flag

Position	Description
